摘 要:烟梗作为烟草加工中的重要副产物,其加工处理和资源的综合利用是目前烟草行业亟待解决的主要问题之一。对废弃烟梗进行加工处理,可提高烟梗的综合利用率,并且能避免资源的浪费和环境污染。由于加工技术的限制,烟梗只能被少量利用。对近年来的烟梗加工处理技术进行分析,分别对物理方法、化学方法和生物方法进行介绍,并分析其优缺点;另外,还对烟梗在烟草及其他领域的利用状况进行总结分析,并展望烟梗未来的发展方向,以期为烟梗的品质提升、加工产品的市场化开发及高质化利用提供参考。As an important by-product of tobacco processing,the comprehensive utilization of tobacco stem and resources is one of the main problems that need to be solved urgently in the tobacco industry.The processing of waste tobacco stems can improve the comprehensive utilization rate of tobacco stems and avoid waste of resources and environmental pollution.Due to the limitations of processing technology,tobacco stems can only be used in small quantities.In this paper,the processing technology of tobacco stems over the past few years was analyzed.It was divided into three aspects:physical methods,chemical methods and biological methods,and its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.In addition,the utilization of tobacco stems in tobacco and other fields was summarized and analyzed,and the future development of tobacco stems was prospected.It was hoped that it could provide a reference for the quality improvement of tobacco stalks,the market-oriented development of processed products and the high-quality utilization.
