摘 要:以柳江为对象,探讨南亚热带典型河流轮虫物种和功能α多样性及β多样性的时空变化,并采用多元分析方法探究了环境的空间异质性、轮虫的物种组成和功能性状组成及其影响因子。结果表明:在柳江这一典型的南亚热带河流中,轮虫多度低但物种多样性高,多数种类为沿岸带种类,物种和功能组成分布反映了其对生境的适应;轮虫的物种和功能α多样性平水期时最高,物种和功能α多样性的变化主要与水温、食物资源有关;物种和功能β多样性丰水期时最高,β多样性变化主要由物理因子、化学因子解释,这可能是由自然干扰和人为干扰同时作用的结果;功能β多样性组分变化比物种β多样性组分变化对环境条件的变化更加敏感;在对河流轮虫群落研究时,应考虑轮虫的物种和功能性状组成。A seasonal survey in Liujiang River was conducted to explore the temporal and spatial changes of rotifer species and functionalαdiversity andβdiversity in the upstream and downstream.Multivariate analysis was performed to analyze the spatial heterogeneity of the environmental variables,species and functional compositions of rotifers and their influencing factors.The results show that the rotifers are characterized by low abundance,high diversity,and most species are littoral species.The distribution of species and functional composition reflects the habitat adaptation of rotifers.Both speciesαdiversity and functionalαdiversity are the highest in the normal flow period,and the changes in speciesαdiversity and functionalαdiversity are mainly related to water temperature and food resources.Both speciesβdiversity and functionalβdiversity are the highest in the high flow period.The changes in speciesβdiversity and functionalβdiversity are mainly explained by physical and chemical factors,being the result of the simultaneous effects of natural and human disturbances.The change in the components of functionalβdiversity is more sensitive than that of speciesβdiversity.Therefore,both species and functional compositions of rotifers should be considered for monitoring rotifers in rivers.
