摘 要:将气雾化Fe-Si-Al软磁粉末经表面绝缘改性和级配调整,与适量粘结剂混匀后压制成磁环样品分析其动态磁性能,并利用磁粉料制备12.72 mm×7.8 mm×4 mm单匝线圈一体成型电感。采用有限元(FEM)分析方法进行了磁阻分析,具体考察了线圈高度、宽度对电感性能的影响。结果表明,电感的感值随着线圈高度(h)增大先升高后降低,而随着线圈宽度(w)增大单调递减;当线圈高度为h=2.3 mm、宽度为w=3.3 mm时,电感内部的磁场和线圈上的电流密度分布均匀性最高,相应地电感的总磁阻最小、感值最大。根据优化设计的线圈结构参数制作了电感实物,频率1 MHz下的实测感值为129 nH,在偏置直流电流为60 A时感值维持率为66%,表现出良好的高频感值稳定、耐大电流应用特性。The gas atomized Fe-Si-Al powders were firstly modified by surface insulation and gradation adjustment,and then the composite powders molded into a magnetic core with an appropriate amount of binder, so as to analyze the dynamic magnetic properties. Meanwhile, the single-turn coil molded inductor with a typical specification of 12.72 mm×7.8mm ×4 mm was prepared with these composite powders. Finite Element Analysis(FEM) was employed to analyze the reluctance, and the influences of coil height and width on the inductance was investigated in detail. The results show that the inductance increases first and then decreases with the coil height(h), while it monotonically decreases with the coil width(w). With a coil height of 2.3 mm and a width of 3.3 mm, the magnetic field within the inductor and the coil's current density achieve optimal uniformity. Consequently, the inductor exhibits minimal resistance and maximal inductance.Furthermore, inductors were fabricated based on the optimized coil structure. The measured inductance was 129 nH at 1MHz, and the inductance maintenance rate was 66 % at a DC-bias current of 60 A, demonstrating good performance working at high-frequency and large current circumstances.
