摘 要:高频电感市场需求多,生产排胶、烧结时间长,能耗高。通过对陶瓷进行热重分析,优化排胶曲线,并引入排胶烧结一体化工艺。采用扫描电镜(SEM)观察磁体微观形貌,碳硫分析仪测试残碳含量以及产品电性能。结果表明:改变作业方式后,磁体内部碳残留量、孔洞数量及孔径有所上升;但感值(L)、品质因数(Q)、直流电阻(RDC)在可接受范围,排胶烧结一体化工工艺初步探讨可行。不同升温速率的热重分析测试结果表明,陶瓷生胚的热失重分为两步。通过微分法计算得出第一步失重的热分解机理为三维扩散,动力学函数式为球形对称Jander方程;第二步失重的热分解机理为三维扩散,动力学函数式为球形对称Ginstiling Brounshtein方程。The market demand for high-frequency inductors is large, the production of glue discharge and sintering time is long, and the energy consumption is high. Through thermogravimetric analysis of ceramic embryo, the rubber discharge curve was optimized. Meanwhile, the integrated process of drainage glue and sintering integration was introducted. The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) was used to observe the microstructure of the sample, the carbonsulfur analyzer was used to test carbon residue content. The results show that the residual carbon retention in magnet, the number and pore size of pores inside the porcelain increase with the change of operation method. However, the inductance value(L), quality factor(Q), and DC resistance(DCR) are all within the acceptable range, and the valume-produce and their reliability testing are normal. It is feasible to preliminarily discussion the drainage glue and sintering integration technology.The thermogravimetric analysis results of different heating rates of ceramic embryo show that the thermal degradation process can be divided into two steps. The thermal decomposition mechanism of the first weight loss obtained by differential method calculation is three-dimensional diffusion and its kinetic equation is Jander equation with spherical symmetry. Whereas the second weight loss is three-dimensional diffusion and its kinetic equation is Ginstiling Brounshtein equation with spherica symmetry.
