摘 要:针对5G通讯基站未来宽带化的需求,研制了一种宽带小型化集总参数隔离器。传统形式集总参数隔离器为中心结电感加各个端口对地并联电容所构成,宽带小型化集总参数隔离器核心部分采用PCB(Printed Circuit Board)工艺,在中心结上采取对地加抗的电路拓展带宽。通过原理分析、仿真优化,制作了器件样品。测试结果表明,所制作器件样品工作频率为1.82~2.08 GHz,外形尺寸为5 mm×5 mm×2.5 mm,电压驻波比不超过1.41,隔离度大于17 dB,损耗不超过1.1 dB。相比传统集总参数隔离器而言,器件在保持同样小尺寸、性能不显著下降的基础上,大幅度拓展了工作带宽。A wide-band miniaturized lumped element isolator is developed to meet the demand of broadband 5G communication base station in the future. The traditional lumped element isolator is composed of central junction inductance and parallel capacitor with each port to ground. The realization form of broadband miniaturized lumped element isolator is PCB technology, and the circuit with reactance to ground is adopted on central junction. Through principle analysis and simulation optimization, the device samles were successfully fabricated. The operating frequency of the device is 1.82 to 2.08 GHz with the size of 5 mm×5 mm×2.5 mm, the voltage standing wave ratio less than 1.41, the isolation greater than 17 dB, and the insertion loss less than 1.1 dB. On the basis of keeping small size and without significant performance degradation, the device greatly improves the operating bandwidth.
