纺织品表面墨渍清洗效果影响因素分析

摘  要:为探究纺织品表面墨渍清洗效果影响因素,通过单因素实验系统探究了洗涤温度、洗涤剂配方对纺织品表面墨渍(碳素墨渍、蓝黑墨渍)清洗效果的影响。结果表明:相较于较低温度,50℃的洗涤温度能大幅提高洗净率,达到最佳清洗效果;相较于单一成分组合,多重多组分洗涤剂配方更有利于去除纺织品表面墨渍;最优洗涤剂配方与洗涤温度组合可以高效去除不同墨渍。To investigate the factors influencing the cleaning effect of ink stains on textile surfaces,a single-factor experimental system was employed to examine the impact of washing temperature and detergent formulation on the removal of carbon ink stains,as well as blue-black ink stains.The study revealed that a washing temperature of 50℃generally led to significantly improved washing rates and achieved optimal cleaning effects compared to lower temperatures.Furthermore,compared with a single component combination,the multi-component detergent formulation is more conducive to removing ink stains on textile surfaces.It was also observed that the combination of an optimal detergent formulation with an appropriate washing temperature efficiently removed various types of ink stains.
