摘  要:为研究玄武岩纤维喷射混凝土(BFRSC)的受弯疲劳寿命,设计和制作了玄武岩纤维体积百分比为0.1%、0.2%、0.3%和0.4%的BFRSC棱柱体试件,并对该批试件和普通喷射混凝土试件分别进行三点弯曲疲劳加载。结果表明:BFRSC与普通喷射混凝土的受弯疲劳寿命均服从威布尔分布,且掺加纤维后喷射混凝土的受弯疲劳寿命远高于普通喷射混凝土,纤维掺量越高,其疲劳寿命越高。通过对威布尔分布特征参数的分析和计算,拟合出基于可靠性概率分析的BFRSC受弯疲劳寿命方程,并建立不同应力水平下的BFRSC受弯疲劳寿命预测模型。To study the flexural fatigue life of basalt fiber reinforced shotcrete(BFRSC),prismatic specimens of basalt fiber reinforced shotcrete with volume fractions of 0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,and 0.4%were designed and prepared.Three-point bending fatigue tests were conducted on this batch of BFRSC specimens and ordinary shotcrete specimens.The results showed that the flexural fatigue life of both BFRSC and ordinary shotcrete followed the Weibull distribution.The flexural fatigue life of shotcrete reinforced with fibers was much higher than that of ordinary shotcrete,and the higher the fiber content is,the higher the fatigue life will be.Through the analysis and calculation of the characteristic parameters of the Weibull distribution,the flexural fatigue life equation of BFRSC based on reliability probability analysis was fitted,and a prediction model for the flexural fatigue life of BFRSC under different stress levels was established.
