废弃轮胎胶粉改良膨胀土力学与胀缩特性研究

摘  要:以河南南阳地区某处膨胀土为研究对象,采用粒径20目(0.85 mm)的废弃轮胎胶粉对其进行改良,通过固结不排水三轴剪切试验、无荷膨胀试验及收缩试验,探究不同废弃轮胎胶粉掺量对改良膨胀土抗剪强度及胀缩特性的影响。结果表明:土样抗剪强度随着胶粉掺量的增加先增后减,在胶粉掺量为12%时达到峰值;内摩擦角随着胶粉掺量的增加不断增长,黏聚力先增后减,在掺量为12%时达到最大值,较素土提高了31.85%;掺入胶粉对膨胀土无荷膨胀率与线缩率均有显著抑制作用,在胶粉掺量为16%时,二者分别较素土降低了19.14%与20.56%。Taking the expansive soil in Nanyang area of Henan province as the research object,waste tire rubber powder with a particle size of 20 mesh(0.85 mm)was used to improve the expansive soil,and the effects of different waste tire rubber powder dosages on the shear strength and swelling and shrinking characteristics of the improved soil were investigated through the consolidation and un-drainage shear test,the no-loading swelling test and the shrinkage test.The test results show that the shear strength of soil samples increases and then decreases with the increase of rubber powder dosage,and reaches the peak value when the dosage of rubber powder is 12%;the internal friction angle increases with the increase of rubber powder dosage,and the cohesion increases and then decreases with the increase of rubber powder dosage,and reaches the maximum value when the dosage of rubber powder is 12%,which is 31.85%higher than that of the plain soil;the mixing of rubber powder into the expansive soil has a significant inhibitory effect on the no-load expansion rate and linear shrinkage rate,and it has a significant inhibitory effect on the expansion rate and shrinkage rate.Shrinkage has an obvious inhibiting effect on the expansion and shrinkage of the plain soil.When the expansion rate was 16%,it decreased 19.14%and 20.56%respectively compared with normal soil.
