摘  要:为提高港口吊装作业的工作效率、减少吊装过程中的安全隐患,在完成脱挂钩机械设计的基础上,设计了脱挂钩远程遥控系统。该遥控系统以STM32单片机为控制单元,将串口屏作为手持遥控终端,使用4G-DTU模块建立遥控端与车载端的通信,完成了硬件电路和控制程序的设计。将控制系统与机械部分结合并进行测试,结果表明:所设计的遥控系统能够对设备的脱钩与挂钩进行控制,操作简单,使用方便,系统稳定性好,达到了预期设计要求。In order to improve the efficiency of port hoisting operation and reduce the safety hazard in the hoisting process,the remote control system of the decoupling and hooking is designed on the basis of the design of the decoupling and hooking machinery.The remote control system uses STM32 microcontroller as the control unit,serial screen as the handheld remote control terminal,uses 4G-DTU module to establish the communication between the remote control terminal and the vehicle terminal,and completes the design of hardware circuit and control program.The control system is combined with the mechanical structure and is tested.The test results show that the designed remote control system can control the decoupling and hooking of the equipment.The remote control system is simple to operate and easy to use,the system has good stability,and meets the expected design requirements.
