GIS-Based Planning and Spatial Optimization of Mountainous Scenic Areas--A Case Study of Hualou Scenic Area in Laoshan Mountain

摘  要:本文以崂山华楼景区规划为例,利用GIS工具对山地型景区规划进行定量分析,建立了一套完整的方法体系。通过构建山地景区景观资源价值体系,利用渔网工具给景区内各像元单元赋值,从而科学构建景区景观格局,创建低空间成本的景区空间关系,利用模型构建器迭代计算景区路网,以时间为关键因子构建景区路网的交通网络数据集。利用Network Analyst软件的位置分配工具优化景区旅游服务设施体系,基于山地景点的可视性分析确定了游憩设施选址。Taking the planning of Hualou Scenic Spot in Laoshan as an example,this paper used GIS tools to strengthen the quantitative analysis of the planning of mountainous scenic spots,and established a complete meth-od system.By constructing the scenic source value system of mountainous scenic spots,the fishnet tool of GIS was used to assign values to each pixel unit in the scenic spot,scientifically constructing the landscape pattern of scenic spot,and creating the spatial relationship of the scenic spot with low space cost.The model builder was used to iteratively calculate the scenic spot road network.The Network Analyst module's Location-Allocation tool was applied to strategically position tourist service facilities,complemented by mountainous visibility analysis to optimize recreational infrastructure placement.The proposed methodology demonstrates how GIS-based multi-cri-teria decision-making enhances both ecological preservation and visitor experience in topographically complex scenic areas.
