国家工业遗产城镇公共空间活力可视化研究--以易门县绿汁镇为例

摘　　要：工业城镇活力衰退表现在经济低迷、缺乏活力。以易门县绿汁镇为例,该镇正面临人口流失、经济下滑、基础设施滞后等问题。本文针对绿汁镇的公共空间,分析“街道”与“地块”两方面因素,运用多元指数探讨了“建成环境”与“活力”的关系。通过多元回归分析,构建了公共空间活力与建成环境之间的模型,揭示其内在机制。研究结果显示:在工作日,停车设施和公共交通对居民出行影响显著;周末时,街区开发强度则是关键影响因素。此外,空间紧凑性、功能密度和平均楼层对全天活力有积极作用,而业态混合影响相对较小。指出明晰绿汁镇公共空间活力及影响因素,适度引导发展,构建分流商业空间以缓解人流问题,并加以适度改造,可有效加强城市功能,实现绿汁镇城市管理智能化。The decline of urban vitality in China manifests through economic stagnation and diminished social dynamism.Current research on public spaces within industrial heritage contexts lacks a systematic evaluation framework,predominantly relying on international methodologies.Taking Lyuzhi Town in Yimen County as a representative case-characterized by population outflow,economic regression,and aging infrastructure-this study investigates the spatial mechanisms underlying vitality degradation in post-industrial towns.Focusing on the public space of Lyuzhi Town,this paper analyzed the two aspects of"street"and"land",and explored the relationship between"built environment"and"vitality"by using multi-indicator analysis.The multiple regression analysis was developed to quantify the relationship between public space vitality and built environment variables.The results showed that parking facilities and public transportation significantly influence weekday mobility patterns,while block development intensity emerges as the dominant factor on weekends.In addition,spatial compactness,functional density and average floor level demonstrate consistent positive correlations with all-day activity levels,whereas format diversity exhibits limited effect.It is pointed out that clearing the vitality and influencing factors of the public space of Lyuzhi Town,appropriately guiding the development,building diversion commercial space to alleviate the flow of people,and moderating transformation can effectively strengthen the urban function and intelligent urban management of Lyuzhi Town.
