摘　　要：本文以舞钢市石漫滩国家水利风景区为研究对象,基于KANO-IPA分析方法,运用SPSS软件进行计算,探讨了滨水公园的策划与后评估。通过对石漫滩国家水利风景区的功能需求进行KANO分析,确定了游客对公园的期望和满意度,并绘制KANO模型四分位图。结果表明:游客最关注的功能包括植物覆盖率、沿水安全程度。这些功能对于提升公园吸引力和游客体验至关重要。运用IPA分析方法,评估了公园的功能表现和重要度。通过问卷调查和现场观察,对公园的各项功能进行了评价。结果显示:公园的生态要素得分较高,但服务设施和历史文化展现等方面处于优先改进区。针对评估结果,提出了改进策略,包括:通过增加停车位改善休憩服务设施质量;加强垃圾回收空气质量检测,改善公园环境质量;通过遗产文化的展览,提升历史文化保护的意识;利用创新技术手段进行空间设计,进一步提高公园的满意度和吸引力。研究结果为滨水公园的改进和优化提供了参考,也为未来的景观评价提供了思路。This study employs an integrated KANO-IPA analytical framework to investigate the planning and post-occupancy evaluation of Wugang Shimantan National Water Park,a representative waterfront park in China.Through systematic application of KANO model analysis combined with SPSS statistical processing,the expecta-tions and satisfaction levels of visitors towards the park were determined,and a KANO model quadrant chart was constructed.The results indicate that visitors prioritize features such as plant coverage and waterfront safety,which are crucial for enhancing the park's attractiveness and visitor experience.Furthermore,the IPA analysis method was utilized to assess the park's functional performance and importance.Evaluations of various park func-tions were conducted through surveys and site observations.The results reveal that the park's ecological elements scored highly,while service facilities and historical and cultural presentations fall within the priority improvement zone.Finally,based on the assessment results,improvement strategies were proposed.These include increasing parking spaces to enhance the quality of recreational service facilities,strengthening waste recycling and air quali-ty monitoring to improve the park's environmental quality,promoting awareness and efforts in historical and cul-tural preservation through heritage exhibitions,and leveraging innovative technological means in spatial design to further enhance visitor satisfaction and the park's attractiveness.The findings of this study provide significant李京京等:基于KANO-IPA分析的滨水公园策划与后评估美丽中国建设:园林与景观sights for the waterfront park management and offer a framework for future landscape evaluation.sights for the waterfront park management and offer a framework for future landscape evaluation.
