基于AHP的广州市越秀公园康养功能评价分析

摘　　要：本文以广州市越秀公园为例,结合城市公园的特性构建城市公园康养功能评价指标体系,运用层次分析法,通过3个子目标层因素、6个准则层因素以及21个指标层因素来研究影响城市公园康养功能的因素,对越秀公园康养功能进行等级评定。通过评估越秀公园康养功能情况,进一步了解公园的资源特点和优势以及目前存在的问题。帮助确定越秀公园在康养领域的重点发展方向和目标,促进越秀公园的可持续发展。结果表明:权重排序前5的分别是人文资源、建筑胜迹、植被面积、生物多样性和环境整体整洁度。依据权重计算出越秀公园康养功能最终得分为84.9929分,评定为Ⅱ级。通过对评价结果进行分析,指出越秀公园存在康养基础设施分布不合理、数量种类较少等问题,提出了在充分了解各区域康养资源的基础上更加合理地进行功能区划分以及调配康养配套设施等建议。Taking Yuexiu Park in Guangzhou as an example,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the healthcare function of urban parks based on their characteristics,employing the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to study the factors influencing the healthcare functions of urban parks through three sub-goal layer factors,six criterion layer factors,and 20 indicator layer factors.It then grades the healthcare functions of Yuexiu Park.By assessing the healthcare functions of the urban park,a deeper understanding of the park's resource characteristics and advantages,as well as the current issues is gained,which helps to identify key development directions and goals for the park in the field of healthcare and promotes its sustainable development.The research results indicate that the top five factors based on weight are human resources,historic buildings and scenic spots,vegetation areas,biodiversity,and overall environmental cleanliness.Based on these weights,the final score for Yuexiu Park's healthcare functions is calculated as 84.9929,rating it at GradeⅡ.Analyzing the evaluation results reveals issues such as an unreasonable distribution of healthcare infrastructure and a lack of diversity in quantity and types with-in Yuexiu Park.It is recommended to more reasonably divide functional areas and construct healthcare supporting facilities based on a thorough understanding of the healthcare resources within each region.
