摘  要:使用不同外源激素及枝条部位对生根效果会产生不同影响。外源激素和浓度对蛋白桑嫩枝扦插的愈伤数、生根数、不定根数、最长根长、平均根长、生根率存在显著性差异;枝条部位对蛋白桑嫩枝扦插生根无显著性差异;本文为研究蛋白桑扦插的最佳生根方法进行了相关试验,旨在为后续蛋白桑扦插研究和技术推广提供参考,解决生产上的难题。结果表明:外源激素和浓度是影响蛋白桑嫩枝扦插生根的主要影响因子;嫩枝使用IBA200mg/L生根率最高,且生根数多;枝条中部生根率最高,且生根数多。不同外源激素和浓度对蛋白桑嫩枝扦插有促进或抑制作用。The use of different exogenous hormones and branch parts will have different effects on rooting effi-ciency.There are significant differences in the number of calluses,root,adventitious root,longest root length,av-erage root length,and rooting rate of MorusalbaL.tender branch cuttings with exogenous hormones and concen-trations.However,there is no significant difference in the rooting of tender branch tender branch cuttings with branch parts.This paper conducted relevant experiments to study the optimal rooting method for Morusalba L.cuttings,aiming to provide a reference for subsequent research and technical promotion of MorusalbaL.cuttings,and solve production problems.The results showed that exogenous hormones and concentrations were the main influencing factors on the rooting of young MorusalbaL.cuttings;the use of IBA 200 mg/L for MorusalbaL.re-sulted in the highest rooting rate and a higher number of roots;the rooting rate is highest in the middle of the branches,and the number of roots is high.Different exogenous hormones and concentrations have promoting or inhibitory effects on the cutting of Morusalba L..
