摘  要:为明确梭梭育苗和造林成效的影响因素,为优化干旱地区梭梭育苗和造林技术提供参考。采用单因素试验设计,分析不同育苗基质、播种量和播种深度以及不同施肥量、生根剂用量和浇水次数对梭梭育苗和造林成效的影响。结果表明:不同育苗基质对梭梭的存活苗木密度、苗高、地径存在显著影响(P<0.05);不同播种量和播种深度对梭梭的存活苗木密度、苗高存在显著影响(P<0.05);不同施肥量、生根剂用量对梭梭的苗木存活率、苗高、地径存在显著影响(P<0.05);不同浇水次数对梭梭的苗木存活率、苗高存在显著影响(P<0.05)。指出了采用耕作土∶河沙∶羊板粪为7∶2∶1的复合基质、播种量为60g/m^(2)、播种深度为0.5cm时,梭梭苗木生长最佳。施肥量为0.3kg/穴、生根剂用量为1.5mL/穴、浇水为4次时,梭梭造林成效最佳。This paper systematically investigates the critical factors governing aims to identify the key factors in-fluencing the seedling cultivation and afforestation success of Haloxylon ammodendron,providing an evidence-based protocol scientific basis for optimizing the techniques in arid regions.Single-factor experiments are conduc-ted to analyze the effects of different seedling media,sowing rates,sowing depths,fertilizer amounts,rooting a-gent volumes,and watering frequencies on Haloxylon ammodendron seedling cultivation and afforestation per-formance.Seedling trials showed significant impacts of media(P<0.05)on survival density,height,and root col-lar diameter.Sowing rate and depth also significantly affected survival density and height(P<0.05).Afforestation trials demonstrated significant effects of fertilizer amount,rooting agent volume(P<0.05)on survival rate,height,and root collar diameter.Watering frequency significantly impacted survival rate and height(P<0.05).It is con-cluded that the when the cultivated soil was:river sand:sample manure 7∶2∶1 composite matrix,with the so-wing amount of 60 g/m^(2),and the sowing depth of 0.5 cm,the seedling growth was the best.The optimal afforesta-tion results for Haloxylon ammodendron were achieved with a fertilization rate of 0.3 kg/hole,a rooting agent dosage of 1.5 mL/hole,and four irrigation applications.
