开远市国家储备林项目建设成效及发展思路

摘　　要：本文为分析开远市国家储备林项目建设概况及发展思路,于开远市国家储备林项目样地进行试验调查,结合已有资料分析法、实地采样分析法,对相同标准的不同样地(T1、T2、T3、T4、T5、T6)进行建设调查,以掌握开远市国家储备林项目建设概况。结果表明:该项目总建设规模7万余亩,当前一期已完成种植6000多亩,人工林栽培树种主要包括:香樟、云南松、清香木、黄连木、红椿、栾树等,虽人工林栽培种类趋于多样化,但是一期项目进展缓慢;中幼林抚育成效分析得知,T3和T2中幼林抚育完成度分别是75.65%和70.58%。T4中幼林抚育完成度为40.51%;各样地配套设施(灌溉设备、水池、林区道路等)的完善度存在显著差异,其中T3的配套设施相对完善,配套设施完善度比较为:T3>T2>T1>T6>T5>T4。由此可知,开远市国家储备林项目人工林栽培趋于多样化,中幼林抚育纳入规划,具备相关配套设施,但整体而言,国家储备林项目进展缓慢,中幼林抚育措施尚不完善,相关配套基础设施不全面。可从合理选择树种、做好中幼林抚育管理工作、完善配套设施等方面入手,确保开远市国家储备林项目顺利进行。This paper aimed to analyze the construction overview and development ideas of national reserve forest project in Kaiyuan City.In order to master the general situation of national reserve forest project construction in Kaiyuan City,a survey was carried out on different sites(T1,T2,T3,T4,T5 and T6)with the same standard by combining existing data analysis and field sampling analysis.The results confirm that the total construction scale of the project is more than 70000 mu,and the current phase has completed planting more than 6000 mu.The sur-vey shows that the cultivated tree species of the plantation mainly include:Cinnamomum camphor,Pinus yun-nanensisFranch.,Pistaciaweinmanniifolia,PistaciachinensisBunge,ToonaciliataRoem.,Koelreuteriapaniculata Laxm.,etc.Although the cultivated species of the plantation tend to be diversified,the phase I project is progress-ing slowly;The results showed that the completion degree of T3 treatment and T2 treatment were 75.65%and 70.58%,respectively.The completion degree of young forest in T4 treatment was 40.51%;there is a significant difference in the perfection of each treatment in the supporting facilities of irrigation equipment,water pool and forest road,among which the supporting facilities of T3 treatment(irrigation equipment,water pool and forest road)are relatively perfect,and the perfection of supporting facilities is ranked as follows:T3>T2>T1>T6>T5>T4.It can be seen that the plantation cultivation of the national reserve forest project in Kaiyuan City tends to be diversified,and the care of middle and young forest is included in the planning with relevant supporting facili-ties.However,on the whole,the progress of the national reserve forest project is slow.The care measures of mid-dle and young forest are not fully improved,and the related supporting infrastructure is not comprehensive.It can be started from the directions of reasonable selection of tree species,good management of middle and young for-est,perfect corresponding supporting facilities,etc.,to ensure the
