宜宾市城镇居民绿色低碳生活调查研究

摘　　要：经济的快速增长和城镇化率的持续提高,带来了人民生活水平的整体改善,但也造成了居民消费领域碳排放量的快速增加。本文通过问卷调查进行了研究,结果表明:宜宾市城镇居民支持践行绿色低碳的生产生活方式,但仍存在对于绿色低碳的认识度不清晰、参与主动性低、垃圾分类回收情况不乐观、新能源汽车和自行车使用率不高等问题。从加大绿色低碳生活宣传力度、加强城市生活垃圾管理及推动绿色低碳出行等方面提出了建议,以期促使居民成为绿色低碳生活的传播者与参与者,助力“双碳”目标早日实现。The swift economic expansion and the continuous rise in urbanization have led to a general enhance-ment in residents living standard,concurrently escalating carbon emission in the consumer domain.A survey based on 586 questionnaires shows that despite the backing of Yibin's urban residents for green and low-carbon production and living practice,there are challenges such as a lack of clarity on green and low-carbon concepts,a need for increased active involvement,suboptimal waste sorting and recycling practices,and a low prevalence of new energy vehicles and bicycles.To tackle these challenges,initiatives should be focused on intensifying aware-ness of green and low-carbon living,reinforcing urban domestic waste management,and encouraging green and low-carbon commuting.These efforts aim to empower residents to become advocates and participants in green and low-carbon living,thereby aiding in the early attainment of carbon peak and carbon neutrality objectives.
