摘 要:以高峰林场桉树人工林为研究对象,分析了测土配方施肥对桉树人工林土壤生态化学计量特征的影响,通过设置施肥对比试验,对比分析了测土配方施肥和常规施肥措施下桉树人工林土壤C、N、P含量及其化学计量比的变化。结果表明:测土配方施肥处理在提升土壤有机碳和全氮含量方面表现出显著优势,同时显著提高了土壤的碳磷比和氮磷比。纯化肥处理在提供磷素养分方面更为有效,但可能导致土壤其他养分的不平衡。不施肥处理的土壤养分含量普遍较低。Pearson相关分析揭示了土壤养分性质与化学计量特征之间的复杂相互作用关系。为桉树人工林的科学施肥和土壤管理提供了重要理论依据和实践指导,强调了测土配方施肥在改善土壤养分失衡、提高土壤肥力方面的优势,未来的研究应进一步探讨测土配方施肥的长期影响及优化施肥措施。This study focuses on the Eucalyptus spp.plantations in Gaofeng Forest Farm and analyzes the impact of soil testing and formula fertilization on the soil ecological stoichiometry characteristics of these plantations.Through the establishment of comparative fertilization experiments,changes in soil C,N,and P contents as well as their stoichiometric ratios under soil testing and formula fertilization versus conventional fertilization measures were compared and analyzed.The results indicate that soil testing and formula fertilization treatments exhibit significant advantages in enhancing soil organic carbon and total nitrogen contents,while also significantly increasing soil C:P and N:P ratios.Pure chemical fertilizer treatments are more effective at providing phosphorus nutrients but may lead to imbalances in other soil nutrients.Soil nutrient contents are generally lower in treatments without fertilization.Pearson correlation analysis reveals the complex interactions between soil nutrient properties and stoichiometric characteristics.This study provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for scientific fertilization and soil management in Eucalyptus spp.plantations,emphasizing the advantages of soil testing and formula fertilization in improving soil nutrient imbalances and enhancing soil fertility.Future research should further explore the long-term effects of soil testing and formula fertilization as well as optimization of fertilization practices.
