摘  要:为探究封丘黄河湿地对农村生活污水中总氮(TN)、氨氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、硝酸盐氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)的净化效果,在春季、夏季、秋季分别选取拱桥西、堤坝北、尖塔西、栈桥北、护房南5个区域的水体作为研究对象,通过黄河湿地净化,对同一季节不同区域及不同季节同一区域的TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N浓度变化进行分析。结果表明:①TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N的截留率分别在60.19%~86.80%,52.91%~80.10%,63.69%~88.17%;②夏季黄河湿地对TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N的净化效果最佳。此项研究结果可用于评估黄河湿地净化农村生活污水中TN、NH_(4)^(+)-N、NO_(3)^(-)-N的效果,也为黄河湿地水体富营养化控制和生态保护提供参考依据。To explore the purification efficacy of the Fengqiu Yellow River wetland on total nitrogen(TN),ammonia nitrogen(NH_(4)^(+)-N),and nitrate nitrogen(NO_(3)^(-)-N)in rural domestic sewage,water bodies in five areas,namely,Gongqiao West,North of the Dike,Jianta West,North of the Plank Bridge,and South of the Guard House,were selected as the research objects in spring,summer,and autumn respectively.Through the purification by the Yellow River wetland,the concentration changes of TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and NO_(3)^(-)-N in different areas in the same season and the same area in different seasons were analyzed.The results indicate that:①the interception rates of TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and NO_(3)^(-)-N range from 60.19%to 86.80%,52.91%to 80.10%,and 63.69%to 88.17%,respectively;②the purification effect of the Yellow River wetland on TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and NO_(3)^(-)-N is the best in summer.The results of this study can be employed to assess the efficacy of the Yellow River wetland in purifying TN,NH_(4)^(+)-N,and NO_(3)^(-)-N in rural domestic sewage,and also offer a reference for the control of water eutrophication and ecological protection of the Yellow River wetland.
