某污水处理厂一级A提标改造及运行分析

摘  要:某污水处理厂在原有一级B排放标准上进行提标改造。污水原有处理工艺为“倒置A^(2)/O氧化沟+二沉池+紫外消毒”,针对悬浮物、COD、氨氮、总氮和总磷指标进行工艺升级,改造后的工艺为“倒置A^(2)/O氧化沟+二沉池+高密度沉淀池+粉末活性炭膜生物反应器+紫外消毒”深度处理工艺。改造后,悬浮物去除率提高了73.40%,而COD、氨氮、总氮和总磷平均去除率提高了57.48%、92.86%、33.07%和86.08%,平均出水浓度为9.89、0.14、9.98 mg/L和0.11 mg/L。与提标改造前相比,出水水质不仅满足一级A标准,部分指标还能达到地表Ⅲ类水标准,如:COD、氨氮和总磷。A sewage treatment plant in Hubei Province upgraded the original class B discharge standard.The original treatment process of sewage is"inverted A^(2)/O oxidation ditch+secondary sedimentation tank+ultraviolet disinfection",and the process is upgraded for suspended solids,chemical oxygen demand(COD),ammonia nitrogen(NH+4-N),total nitrogen(TN),and total phosphorus(TP)indicators,and the transformed process is"inverted A^(2)/O oxidation ditch+secondary sedimentation tank+high-density sedimentation tank+powder activated carbon film bioreactor+ultraviolet disinfection"advanced treatment process.After the upgrade,the removal efficiency of suspended matter increased by 73.40%,while the average removal efficiency of COD,NH+4-N,TN and TP reached 95.63%,99.42%,62.95%and 95.11%,increased by 57.48%,92.86%,33.07%,and 86.08%,and the average effluent concentration was 9.89,0.14,9.98 and 0.11 mg/L,respectively.Compared with before the standard upgrade,the effluent water quality can meet the first-class A standard and some indicators can also meet the surface water standards,such as COD,NH+4-N and TP.
