烧结机头灰水洗液的钾钠分离效果探究

摘  要:钢铁行业烧结机头灰综合利用时产生的水洗液是一种高钾钠废水,如果能回收其中的钾盐,能很好地弥补我国钾盐资源短缺问题。以某钢铁集团机头灰水洗液为研究对象,考察高温产钠低温析钾的分离效果,验证相图K^(+)、Na^(+)//Cl^(-)-H_(2)O体系中钾钠分离的实际性能。结果表明:高钾钠废水高温热蒸产钠、降温析钾,可以实现钾钠盐的分离,在控制合适的工艺参数的条件下,钾盐的氧化钾质量分数>58%,完全可以达到《氯化钾》GB 6549-2011中一类合格品的要求。The washing solution generated during the comprehensive utilization of sintering machine head ash in the steel industry is a kind of waste water with high potassium and sodium.If the potassium salt can be recovered,it can make up the shortage of potassium salt resources in China.This study takes the head ash washing solution of a certain steel group as the research object,investigates the separation effect of high temperature sodium production and low temperature potassium precipitation,and verifies the actual performance of potassium sodium separation in the phase diagram K^(+),Na^(+)//Cl^(-)-H_(2)O system.The experimental results show that high potassium sodium wastewater can achieve the separation of potassium and sodium salts by high-temperature steaming to produce sodium and cooling to precipitate potassium.Under appropriate process parameters,the mass fraction of potassium oxide in potassium salt is greater than 58%,which can fully meet the requirements of Class I qualified products in Potassium Chloride GB 6549-2011.
