摘 要:为解决河道、湖泊、水库等清淤疏浚工程中产生大量淤泥的安全处置和利用问题,以汤逊湖淤泥为主要原料制备了免烧陶粒。研究了矿渣、粉煤灰、激发剂等添加量对陶粒性能的影响和作为湿地基质应用的前景。结果表明:淤泥基免烧陶粒的最佳原料配比为:淤泥/矿渣/粉煤灰/激发剂配比=6∶3∶1∶0.5(质量比),养护工艺为:陶粒生球先静置2 h,然后在60℃蒸养1 h,最后25℃常温养护7 d。该条件下制得的陶粒筒压强度为5.7 MPa,堆积密度833 kg/m^(3),1 h吸水率1.08%,软化系数0.87。满足GB/T 17431.1—2010《轻集料及其试验方法》中普通轻粗集料相关性能指标要求。本工艺制备的陶粒质轻、表面粗糙、耐水性强,有望作为一种新型基质材料应用于湖泊湿地领域。To solve the problem of safe disposal and utilization of large amounts of silt generated in dredging projects such as rivers,lakes and reservoirs,Tangxun Lake silt is used as the main raw material prepared non-sintered ceramsite.The study researched the effects of adding slag,fly ash,and activators on the properties of ceramic and their prospects as wetland substrates.The results showed that the optimal raw material ratio for sludge based non-sintered ceramsite was 6∶3∶1∶0.5(mass ratio)of sludge/slag/fly ash/activator.The maintenance process is as follows.The ceramic pellets are first left to stand for 2 hours,then steamed at 60℃for 1 hour,and finally cured at room temperature for 7 days at 25℃.The compressive strength of the ceramic particle cylinder produced under these conditions is 5.7 MPa;the bulk density is 833 kg/m^(3);the 1-hour water absorption rate is 1.08%,and the softening coefficient is 0.87,which meets the performance indicators requirements of ordinary lightweight and coarse aggregates in GB/T 17431.1-2010 Lightweight Aggregates and Their Test Methods.The ceramic prepared by this process have the characteristics of light weight,rough surface,and strong water resistance,and are expected to be used as a new type of matrix material in the field of lakes and wetlands.
