摘  要:随着环境保护意识的不断提高,可生物降解材料的研究与开发日益受到关注。采用脱碱木质素、白木质素和聚乙烯醇,通过溶液共混法成功构建了木质素/聚乙烯醇复合膜。木质素作为一种天然高分子材料,具有来源广泛、可再生等优点。聚乙烯醇则具有良好的成膜性和机械性能。将两者复合,有望获得性能优异的可生物降解材料。对木质素/PVA复合膜进行了白腐菌降解实验,以分析薄膜的降解情况。结果表明,该复合膜在白腐菌的作用下能够发生有效的降解。通过对降解过程的监测和分析,探讨了木质素含量对白腐菌降解木质素/PVA复合膜降解的影响。为开发可生物降解的木质素基复合膜材料提供了理论依据和实验基础。With the increasing awareness of environmental protection,research and development of biodegradable materials has been receiving increasing attention.In this study,alkali-extracted lignin,white lignin,and polyvinyl alcohol were used to successfully construct a lignin/PVA composite film through a solution blending method.Lignin,as a natural high molecular material,has the advantages of wide source and renewability.PVA,on the other hand,has good film-forming and mechanical properties.Combining the two,it is expected to obtain excellent biodegradable materials.An experiment was conducted to study the degradation of the lignin/PVA composite film by white rot fungi to analyze the degradation of the film.The experimental results showed that the composite film could undergo effective degradation under the action of white rot fungi.The degradation process was monitored and analyzed to investigate the influence of lignin content on the degradation of the lignin/PVA composite film.This study provides theoretical basis and experimental foundation for the development of biodegradable lignin-based composite film materials.
