摘  要:旨在探讨不同环剥时期对烤烟上部叶成熟期及其化学成分的影响。通过在中部烟叶采烤不同次数后进行环剥处理,分析环剥对烤烟上部叶成熟期及化学成分的影响。结果表明:环剥处理能显著缩短上部叶成熟期,降低总植物碱和总氮含量,增加还原糖和总糖含量。其中,中部烟叶采烤后第二炕进行环剥处理效果最佳。结论认为,环剥技术在保康山区等特定生态条件下可以有效缩短上部叶集中成熟天数,改善上部烟叶质量。The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of different girdling periods on the maturation period and chemical composition of upper leaves in flue-cured tobacco.By setting girdling treatments after different numbers of harvests of middle leaves,the effect of girdling on the maturation period and chemical composition of upper leaves was analyzed.The results showed that girdling significantly shortened the maturation period of upper leaves,reduced the total plant alkaloid and total nitrogen content,and increased the reducing sugar and total sugar content.Among them,the second girdling treatment after the harvest of middle leaves showed the best effect.In conclusion,girdling technology can effectively shorten the concentrated maturation days of upper leaves and improve the quality of upper tobacco leaves under specific ecological conditions such as the Baokang mountain area.
