摘 要:7xxx(Al-Zn-Mg-Cu)系铝合金作为可热处理强化的高强铝合金,在航空航天、轨道交通领域等已得到广泛应用。近年来,针对7xxx系铝合金的研究主要集中在成分优化设计、微观组织调控以及加工工艺改进等。本文综述了近年来7xxx系铝合金在挤压、轧制和大塑性变形技术方面的研究进展。详细介绍了合金成分、不同塑性加工方式(挤压、轧制、等通道转角挤压、高压扭转、累积叠轧)以及热处理工艺对7xxx系铝合金微观组织和力学性能的影响,旨在为深入探究高性能7xxx系铝合金强韧化机制及其可控制备提供参考,推动它们在工业领域的应用与发展。7xxx(Al-Zn-Mg-Cu) aluminum alloys,as high-strength aluminum alloys that can be strengthened by heat treatment,have been widely used in aerospace,rail transportation industries and other fields.In recent years,research on the 7xxx series aluminum alloys has mainly focused on optimizing composition design,regulating microstructure,and improving processing technology.This article reviews the research progress in extrusion,rolling,and severe plastic deformation techniques of the 7xxx series aluminum alloys in recent years.The effects of alloy composition,different plastic processing methods(such as extrusion,rolling,equal-channel angular pressing,high-pressure torsion,and cumulative roll bonding),as well as heat treatments on microstructure and properties of the 7xxx series aluminum alloys have been summarized.The aim is to provide reference for further research on the toughening mechanism and controllable preparation of high-performance 7xxx series aluminum alloys,and to promote their application and development in the industrial field.
