摘  要:通过热压缩试验研究了初始晶粒尺寸对Al-3%Mg_(2)Si合金热变形行为及显微组织演变的影响。结果表明:Al-3%Mg_(2)Si合金的流变应力曲线受初始晶粒尺寸的影响,且晶粒尺寸对流变应力的影响与变形温度高度相关;随着初始晶粒尺寸的减小,晶界的阻滞效应增强,使得热变形激活能增加;此外,初始晶粒尺寸对合金的动态再结晶过程具有显著的影响;在500℃/0.01 s^(-1)变形条件下,随着晶粒细化,高密度的晶界为动态再结晶提供了更多潜在的形核位置,使得Al-3%Mg_(2)Si合金的再结晶程度由6.61%提升至40.77%。Effect of initial grain size on hot deformation behavior and microstructure evolution of Al-3%Mg_(2)Si alloy was investigated by hot compression test.The results show that the flow stress curves of the Al-3%Mg_(2)Si alloy are affected by the initial grain size,and the effect of grain size on flow stress is highly correlated with the deformation temperature.As the initial grain size decreases,the damping effect of grain boundaries increases,leading to an increase in the activation energy of hot deformation.In addition,the initial grain size has a significant influence on the dynamic recrystallization process of the alloy.Under the deformation condition of 500 ℃/0.01 s^(-1),with grain refinement,high-density grain boundaries provide more potential nucleation sites for dynamic recrystallization,resulting in an increase in the recrystallization degree of the Al-3%Mg_(2Si) alloy from 6.61% to 40.77%.
