摘 要:对TC21钛合金在两相区进行三级热处理,获得了等轴α+片层α+弥散α相的微观组织,并研究了热处理工艺参数对合金α相形貌、含量以及力学性能的影响。结果表明:一级热处理温度主要影响等轴α和片层α相的相对含量,二级热处理温度主要影响片层α和弥散α相的相对含量;当二级和三级热处理温度相同时,随着一级热处理温度的升高,等轴α相含量降低,片层α相含量增加,弥散α相含量变化较小,合金的强度逐渐增加,伸长率变化较小;当一级和三级热处理温度相同时,随着二级热处理温度的升高,片层α相含量降低,弥散α相含量增加,等轴α相含量变化较小,合金的强度逐渐增加,伸长率逐渐降低。A three stage heat treatment was performed on TC21 titanium alloy in the two-phase region to obtain the microstructure of equiaxed α+lamellar α+dispersed α phase,and the influence of heat treatment process parameters on morphology and content of the α phase,and mechanical properties of the alloy was studied.The results show that the first stage heat treatment temperature mainly affects the relative content of equiaxed α and lamellar α phase,while the second stage heat treatment temperature mainly affects the relative content of lamellar α and dispersed α phase.When the second stage and third stage heat treatment temperatures are the same,as the first stage heat treatment temperature increases,the content of equiaxed α phase decreases,the content of lamellar α phase increases,the content of dispersed α phase changes less,the strength of the alloy gradually increases,and the change in elongation is smaller.When the first stage and third stage heat treatment temperatures are the same,as the second stage heat treatment temperature increases,the content of lamellar α phase decreases,the content of dispersed α phase increases,the content of equiaxed α phase changes less,the strength of the alloy gradually increases,and the elongation gradually decreases.
