摘 要:为了解决现有国产圆盘耙片因强度和韧性不足而导致的服役寿命偏低的问题,对27MnCrB5钢进行了淬火-回火(Q-T)的热处理,并分析了在该工艺下回火温度对27MnCrB5钢微观组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:27MnCrB5钢在淬火-回火后的组织为板条状马氏体+碳化物。在不同回火温度下的力学性能测试表明,27MnCrB5钢在440℃回火后具有较高的强韧性匹配以及良好的综合力学性能,其屈服强度为1064 MPa,断后伸长率为9.4%,室温冲击韧性值为80.6 J·cm^(-2),硬度为38.9 HRC,这主要归因于在该回火温度下析出的碳化物呈球状并均匀分布于马氏体基体上,这种碳化物的弥散强化作用进一步提升了Q-T态27MnCrB5钢的强韧性。In order to solve the problem of low service life caused by insufficient strength and toughness of domestic disc harrow blades,quenching-tempering(Q-T) heat treatment was carried out on 27MnCrB5 steel,and the effect of tempering temperature on microstructure and mechanical properties of the 27MnCrB5 steel under this process was analyzed.The results show that the microstructure of the 27MnCrB5 steel after quenching-tempering is lath martensite+carbides.The mechanical performance tests at different tempering temperatures show that the 27MnCrB5 steel has a high strength toughness matching and good comprehensive mechanical properties after tempering at 440 ℃,its yield strength is 1064 MPa,elongation is 9.4%,room temperature impact toughness value is 80.6 J·cm^(-2),and hardness is 38.9 HRC.This is mainly attributed to the precipitated carbides are spherical and uniformly distributed in the martensitic matrix at this tempering temperature,and the dispersion strengthening effect of these carbides further enhances the strength and toughness of the 27MnCrB5 steel after Q-T treatment.
