摘  要:为了解高速车轮材料在服役中的大气腐蚀机理,采用中性盐雾试验模拟海洋大气环境研究了ER8车轮的初期腐蚀行为,采用便携式显微镜,扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和电化学测试等表征了中性盐雾试验后ER8车轮的腐蚀产物形貌、腐蚀速率及电化学行为。结果表明:ER8车轮试样在24~48 h腐蚀前期以均匀腐蚀为主,48 h后的腐蚀中后期以点蚀为主。通过质量损失测试可知随着腐蚀时间的增加,ER8车轮的平均腐蚀速率呈持续增加的趋势,但在144 h后趋于稳定。试样表面腐蚀产物以γ-FeOOH、α-FeOOH和Fe_(3)O_(4)为主,144 h前腐蚀产物对基体不具备保护作用,而144 h后腐蚀产物层结构逐渐稳定保护作用得到提升。电化学阻抗谱(EIS)与极化曲线(Tafel)的测量结果表明ER8车轮在中性盐雾环境下耐腐蚀性能呈先减小后增加的趋势,与上述结果有较好的一致性。To understand the atmospheric corrosion mechanism of high-speed wheel materials in service,the initial corrosion behavior of ER8 wheel was studied using neutral salt spray tests to simulate the marine atmospheric environment.The corrosion products morphology,corrosion rate and electrochemical behavior of the ER8 wheel after neutral salt spray tests were characterized using portable microscope,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction(XRD) and electrochemical tests.The results show that the ER8 wheel samples exhibit uniform corrosion in the early stage of 24-48 h of corrosion,and pitting corrosion in the middle and later stages after 48 h of corrosion.The mass loss test results show that the average corrosion rate of the ER8 wheel increases continuously with the increase of corrosion time,but tends to stabilize after 144 h of corrosion.The corrosion products on the surface of the samples are mainly γ-FeOOH,α-FeOOH and Fe_(3)O_(4).Before 144 h,the corrosion products do not have a protective effect on the substrate,but after 144 h,the corrosion product layer structure gradually stabilizes and the protective effect is enhanced.The measurement results of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and polarization curve(Tafel) show that the corrosion resistance of the ER8 wheel in neutral salt spray environment shows a trend of first decreasing and then increasing,which is in agreement with the above results.
