摘　　要：针对某量产车型后视镜转向灯出现的起雾后长时间不消散问题,进行冲水、高温高湿和气密性等试验,结合试验结果和结构分析判断该问题是由后视镜转向灯与线束接插件连接处密封不足导致的。通过对比正常后视镜转向灯和失效后视镜转向灯在改进气密性试验中的不同结果,发现连接结构处密封不足的原因是线束接插件的密封软胶易由于线束晃动被挤出。针对此问题提出解决方案:改变线束接插件密封软胶的工艺,优化密封处的过盈配合以稳定密封软胶和线束接插件。通过零部件级别试验和整车级别试验,证明了该方案有效,相关方案设计经验可以为后视镜工程师优化后视镜转向灯提供参考。In response to the problem of long-term fogging of the rearview mirror turn signal of a mass-produced vehicle model,tests were conducted on flushing,high temperature and humidity,and airtightness.Based on the test results and structural analysis,it was determined that the problem was caused by insufficient sealing at the connection structure between the turn signal light and the wiring harness connector.By comparing the different test results of normal turn signal components and failed turn signal components in the improved air tightness test,it was found that the sealant of the wiring harness connector was easily squeezed out due to shake the wiring harness,resulting in insufficient sealing at the connection structure between the rearview mirror turn signal light and the wiring harness connector.Propose a solution to the problem of insufficient sealing:change the process of sealing the wire harness connector sealant,and optimize the interference fit at the sealing point to stabilize the sealant and wire harness socket.The effectiveness of this scheme has been demonstrated through component level testing and vehicle level testing.By analyzing the reasons why the fog on the rearview mirror turn signal does not dissipate for a long time,proposing solutions and verification plans,summarizing design experience,and providing reference for rearview mirror engineers to optimize turn signal design.
