摘  要:针对现有电动侧开门产品普遍缺乏助力开关门功能的现象,设计一种基于前馈电流环比例-积分-微分(PID)算法的电动侧开门助力控制算法,实现了电动侧开门的助力功能和随动功能。该设计通过对电动侧开门角速度、实时姿态角和电机电流进行分析,并与电动侧开门外界受力情况相联系,运用前馈电流环PID算法控制执行器,实现用户手动开关车门操作力的恒定。在搭建的测试台架上进行测试,试验结果表明该设计能够有效达到预期设计目标。Aiming at the common lack of power assisted opening and closing function in existing power hinge door products,a power assisted control algorithm for power hinge door based on feedforward current loop PID is designed,which realizes the power assisted and follow-up functions of power hinge door.This design analyzes the angular velocity,real-time attitude angle,and motor current of the power hinge door,and relates them to the external force situation of the power hinge door.The feedforward current loop proportional integral derivative algorithm is used to control the actuator,achieving a constant manual opening and closing force for users.Testing was conducted on the constructed test bench,and the results showed that the design can effectively achieve the expected design goals.
