摘　　要：菲林投影是一种传统的投影技术,它通过将光线透过透明的菲林反向投射到屏幕或其他表面上实现图像的映射。基于传统菲林投影技术,介绍了菲林投影灯的发展趋势,以发光二极管(LED)为光源,结合柯勒照明理论、成像光学理论及齿轮啮合原理,完成了一种新型飞轮式菲林投影灯光学系统、齿轮传动系统及电子控制系统的开发。相比传统菲林投影技术,实现了静态投影至连续动态投影的转变,以及在1m正投影的距离,光斑最大照度值大于300 lx。Film projection is a traditional projection technology that uses transparent film or film to achieve image mapping by projecting light through the film in reverse onto the screen or other surface.Based on traditional film projection technology,this article introduces the development trend of film projection lamps.Light emitting diode(LED)is used as the light source,combined with Kohler lighting theory,primary aberration theory,and gear meshing principle,to complete the development of rotating film projection lamp optical system and gear transmission structure system.Compared with traditional solutions,it realizes the transition from static projection to continuous dynamic projection;at a distance of 1 m for orthographic projection,the maximum illumination value of the light spot is greater than 300 lx.
