摘 要:针对电子水泵噪声传递路径进行分析与改进,并进行试验验证。试验结果表明:车内主驾驶区噪声不合格的主要原因为电子水泵振动传递噪声和流体介质传递噪声。试验车上对不同电子水泵隔振垫和管路安装点的结构进行实测噪声对比,优化后的隔振垫和管路安装点对车内主驾驶区噪声有明显改善。本研究结论和改进意见为电子水泵降噪提供试验数据和研究方向。This paper analyzes and improves the transmission path of the electronic water pump noise,and makes the test verification.The experimental results show that the main reason of the noise in the main driving area of the car is the vibration of the electronic water pump and the flow of the fluid.In this paper,the measurement of noise of different electronic water pump cushion and pipeline installation are compared,and the optimized cushion and the pipeline installation position obviously improved the noise in the main driving area of the car.This research conclusion and improvement advice provide experimental data and research direction for electronic water pump noise reduction.
