摘 要:为了使某新车型满足整车气味性要求,先通过整车测试判断其气味等级,再根据其气味特征将整车分解为零部件总成,并判断各个零部件总成对于气味的贡献度,找出影响整车气味性的关键零部件总成。通过分析关键零部件总成的气味性和进一步整改措施的实施,保证新车型的整车气味等级满足目标要求。文章中的新车型为隐藏B柱纯电车型,已达到量产和上市状态,非概念车型。依据传统车型的气味整改分析经验提出了对隐藏B柱纯电车型气味优化设计建议,对整车气味性整改做了简要叙述。该整改为后续车辆的开发提供相关参考。In order to make the new model meet the odor of whole vehicle,the odor grade of the new model is determined through the whole vehicle test,and the whole vehicle is decomposed into component assembly according to their odor characteristics,and the contribution of each component assembly to the odor is determined to find out the key component assembly that affects the odor of the whole vehicle.Through the analysis of the odor of the key components assembly and the implementation of further corrective measures to ensure that the new vehicle odor level meets the target requirements.The new model in the article is a pure electric model hiding B-pillar,which has reached mass production and market status,and is not a concept model.Based on the analysis experience of odor rectification of traditional vehicles,this paper puts forward suggestions for odor optimization design of pure electric vehicles hiding B-column,and briefly describes the odor rectification of the whole vehicle.This rectification measure provides relevant references for the development of subsequent vehicles.
