摘  要:混合动力变速器气动换挡机构主要故障类别包括气压类、位置传感器类、电磁阀类。故障检测场景包括在线检测和下线检测,在线检测指的是在变速器控制器正常工作模式下对其进行实时检测,目的是及时发现变速器换挡机构故障,保证驾驶员及车辆的安全;下线检测指的是变速器在生产线组装完成后,对其进行指定项目检测,目的是筛选出不良品,提高生产效率、产品出货合格率。基于需求,在在线检测的基础上采用统一诊断服务(UDS)并结合气路检测的方案,可以准确、高效地进行变速器气动换档机构故障下线检测,同时也简化了软件开发流程,缩短了开发时间,提高了软件功能灵活使用性。The main types of faults in the pneumatic shifting mechanism of hybrid transmission include air pressure faults,position sensor faults,and solenoid valve faults.The fault detection scenarios include online detection and offline detection.Online detection:The transmission controller performs real-time detection in normal working mode to promptly detect faults in the transmission shifting mechanism and ensure safe driving for both the driver and the vehicle;Offline detection:After the assembly of the transmission on the production line is completed,a designated item inspection is carried out to screen out defective products,improve production efficiency,and achieve a qualified product delivery rate.Based on the requirements,UDS combined with pneumatic detection can accurately and efficiently perform offline detection of faults in the pneumatic shifting mechanism of the transmission,on the basis of online fault detection;At the same time,it also simplifies the software development process,saves development time,improves the flexibility and usability of software functions.
