摘　　要：在该课题组报道的去氧胆酸(1)新合成路线的基础上,制备了1的9个有关物质,即8个工艺杂质和1个降解杂质。该文报道了有关物质A(7)、有关物质C(8)、有关物质D(9)、有关物质E(10)、有关物质F(11)、有关物质B(12)、有关物质H(13)、有关物质I(14),以及降解杂质有关物质J(3)的合成方法,其中8、9和13为首次报道的新化合物。上述有关物质均经1H NMR和MS确证结构。Based on the new synthetic route of deoxycholic acid(1) reported by this group, nine related substances of 1 were prepared in this paper, including eight process impurities, i.e. related substances A(7), C(8), D(9), E(10),F(11), B(12), H(13), I(14), and one degradation impurity J(3). Among them, compounds 8, 9 and 13 were reported at the first time. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR and MS.
