当代邻里锚点:城市轨道交通枢纽站域公共空间设计研究——以旧金山港湾枢纽为例

摘　　要：邻里锚点是具有社会聚合力的城市公共空间,是在无法把陌生人去陌生化的当代社区中构建人与人关联的社会生活场所。城市轨道交通枢纽站域公共空间对于当代邻里关系促进有着其特有优势,成为新的邻里锚点。文章从邻里交往的基本属性出发,讨论城市轨道交通枢纽站域公共空间的组成类型、主要功能、使用特点,探讨其对当代邻里关系的重要影响。以旧金山港湾枢纽为例,在分析其城市功能及设计特点后,提出利用轨道交通枢纽构建新的城市邻里锚点,使城市焕发新的活力。Neighborhood anchorage is an urban public space with social cohesion,which are social living places that connect people in contemporary communities where strangers cannot be alienated.The public space in the urban rail transit hub area has its unique advantages in promoting contemporary neighborhood relations and will become a new neighborhood anchorage.Based on the basic properties of neighborhood communication,this paper discusses the composition types,main functions and usage characteristics of public space in urban rail transit hub,and probes into its important influence on contemporary neighborhood relations.Taking San Francisco Harbor Hub as an example,after analyzing its urban functions and design characteristics,it is proposed to build a new anchorage of urban neighborhood by using rail transit hub,so as to make the city glow with new vitality.
