摘 要:基于我国“双碳”目标及建筑行业现状问题,建筑可持续被动式节能设计迫在眉睫。本研究通过田野调查法,调研了浙江某农村的民居,从建筑主体的合理布置、遮阳的设置、围护结构的保温隔热性能、利于自然通风的平面设计等方面探究被动式节能的实现及运用。最后,根据民居的热工性能评价提出被动式升级措施,旨在追求以低经济成本实现低能源消耗量,同时创造出夏热冬冷气候下高热舒适性的生活环境。根据以上调研研究,有利于进一步促进建筑行业节能发展,降低全国碳排放量。Based on China's Dual Carbon goal and the current problems in the construction industry,it's urgent to carry out sustainable passive energy-saving design in buildings.Through field research on residential houses in Zhejiang,this paper explores the realization and application of passive energy-saving in terms of the rational arrangement of building layout,shading design,thermal insulation of envelope structure,and interior design conducive to natural ventilation.Finally,based on the thermal performance evaluation of the residential buildings,passive upgrade measures are proposed,aiming to achieve low energy consumption with low economic costs while creating a high thermal comfort living environment in the hot summer and cold winter climate.Based on the above research,it's beneficial to further promote energy-saving development in the construction industry and reduce carbon emissions nationwide.
