摘　　要：为响应国家绿色发展战略及绿色校园建设号召,文章聚焦于“双碳”目标下的建筑绿色低碳发展,针对高校既有建筑较高能耗与碳排放问题,以南昌大学前湖宾馆为例,运用绿色建筑系列软件进行模拟分析,探究较为全面、合理的校园宾馆建筑的绿色低碳更新改造策略。In response to the national green development strategy and the call for green campus construction,this paper focuses on the green and low-carbon development of buildings under the goal of"double carbon".Aiming at the problems of high energy consumption and carbon emission of existing buildings in universities,this paper takes Qianhu Hotel of Nanchang University as an example,and uses a series of green building software to conduct simulation analysis,so as to explore a more comprehensive and reasonable green and low-carbon renewal and transformation strategy for campus hotel buildings.
