文旅融合视域下历史建筑活化策略研究——以保定西大街为例

摘　　要：历史建筑是城市发展变迁的见证者,是城市文化与记忆的重要承载体,以其建筑风格和文化价值展现出独特的城市肌理。文章以文旅融合为出发点,选取保定西大街的历史建筑为研究对象,对其当前现状进行分析,探讨所面临的问题。研究发现,保定西大街内的历史建筑活化处在初期,尚未形成一套具有特色的开发策略。文章就文旅融合视域下,运用“重建附近”理念,遵循“历史建筑—公共空间”的策略。通过对保定西大街历史建筑的深入研究,期望为同类型历史建筑的保护与更新提供有益的借鉴和启示。Historic buildings are witnesses of urban development and changes,and are important carriers of urban culture and memory,showing a unique urban texture with their unique architectural style and cultural value.From the perspective of the integration of culture and tourism,this paper selects the historic buildings of Baoding West Street as the research object,analyzes its current situation,and discusses the existing problems.The study found that the revitalization of historic buildings in Baoding West Street was in its early stages,and a set of distinctive development strategies had not yet been formed.From the perspective of culture and tourism integration,this paper uses the concept of"rebuilding the neighborhood"and follows the strategy of"historic buildings as public space".Through the in-depth study of the historic buildings of Baoding West Street,this paper hopes to provide useful reference and enlightenment for the protection and renewal of the same type of historic buildings.
