基于层次分析法的工业遗产价值评价体系与再利用研究——以石河子八一糖厂为例

摘　　要：1959年建成的石河子八一糖厂是早期军垦工业园区的代表,其内部大量工业建筑遗产记录了兵团地区工业生产和经济发展的历程,是军垦文化的有形载体。文章在实地调研八一糖厂并进行资料规整的基础之上,运用层次分析法建立了一套具有可操作性的价值评价标准,并以量化的方式统一了这一标准。结合糖厂内各建筑遗产价值的评分结果,建立八一糖厂工业建筑遗产分级再利用体系,并列举园区内的一处建筑遗产对评价体系进行验证,最后为后续的保护更新再利用工作提供依据和指导。Built in 1959,the Shihezi Bayi Sugar Factory is a representative of the early military reclamation industrial park,and its internal industrial architectural heritage records the process of industrial production and economic development in the XPCC area,and is a tangible carrier of military reclamation culture.Based on the field investigation and data regularization of Bayi Sugar Factory,this paper uses analytic hierarchy process to establish a set of operable value evaluation criteria,and unifies the value evaluation criteria in a quantitative form.Combined with the results of the value scoring of each architectural heritage in the sugar factory,a graded reuse system of industrial architectural heritage of Bayi Sugar Factory was established,and an architectural heritage in the park was listed to verify the evaluation system,and finally provided a basis and guidance for the subsequent protection,renewal and reuse work.
