摘　　要：随着城市化的加速推进,老旧社区的改造已成为亟待解决的核心议题。本研究聚焦城市更新与未来社区建设的时代需求,以杭州市拱墅区朝晖街道黎园未来社区为研究对象,从社区的现状问题切入,提出适宜的提升改造策略。通过巷弄肌理的梳理重塑、空间节点的发掘打造、人文情怀的激发延续,有效提升了本社区的环境品质与空间活力,并为同类老旧社区的提升改造提供了设计策略参考。With the rapid acceleration of urbanization,the renovation of aging communities has emerged as a pressing issue in urban development.This study addresses the demands of urban renewal and future community construction by focusing on the Liyuan Future Community in Chaohui Street,Gongshu District,Hangzhou City.By identifying and analyzing the current challenges faced by the community,tailored improvement strategies are proposed.These strategies include restructuring and revitalizing street networks,creating and enhancing spatial nodes,and fostering and perpetuating cultural identity.The approach effectively enhances the environmental quality and spatial vitality of the community,providing valuable design references for the renovation of similar aging communities.
