摘　　要：针对改造完成后的历史建筑进行使用后评价研究,对历史建筑的保护和更新具有重要意义。里院作为青岛近代建筑中独具特色的一种类型,承载着丰富的历史文化内涵,因此本研究以青岛“广兴里”作为研究案例,通过实地调研和网络文本分析的方法,进行系统的使用后评价研究。旨在了解目前公众对于里院建筑改造的关注点与评价,以此发现当前广兴里存在的问题,并在此基础上进一步提出针对性的优化策略,以期为推动里院建筑的保护与更新提供有力支持,为后续的历史建筑改造项目提供有益的参考与借鉴。Post-occupancy evaluation is significant for the conservation and renewal of historic buildings.This research takes Guangxingli as a case study,and carries out a systematic after-use evaluation by the analysis of online texts.The purpose of this study is to understand the public's concern and evaluation on the renovation of the Liyuan Building,to find out the existing problems,and to propose targeted design strategies for the conservation and renewal of historic buildings.
