摘  要:历史街区作为城市空间的一个重要组成部分,是历史和文化的承载体。文章以云南剑川古城历史街区早街为研究对象,运用文献梳理、田野调查等方法,结合“磁性空间”理论,探讨历史街区的保护更新策略。研究首先对历史街区的“磁性空间”进行解读,从保护古城风貌、延续历史文脉、传承民俗文化和留住乡愁记忆入手,提出该历史街区空间更新策略以及营造“磁性空间”的途径。研究表明,在历史街区的保护更新中,除了关注物质空间和精神空间外,更应重视使用者“人”的角色体验。通过理论与实践相结合的方法,满足前期策划与后期业态的需求,在保持历史街区风貌完整性的前提下,深入挖掘当地建筑和文化特色。通过研究论证了“磁性空间”在历史街区营造中的重要作用,既加深理解对剑川古城空间特征与历史文脉的保护传承,也对历史街区的保护更新提供案例借鉴与参考。As a crucial component of urban space,historic districts serve as carriers of history and culture.This study focuses on Zao Street,a historic district in Jianchuan Ancient City.Through literature review and field research,and considering both preliminary planning and subsequent business needs,this paper delves into local architectural and cultural characteristics while maintaining the integrity of the historic district's appearance.Based on an analysis of the Magnetic Space Theory,the study interprets the"Magnetic Space"of historic districts.It proposes strategies for spatial renewal and the creation of"Magnetic Spaces"in this historic district,addressing the preservation of the ancient city's appearance,continuation of historical context,inheritance of folk culture,and retention of nostalgic memories.By examining and demonstrating the significant role of"Magnetic Spaces"in the development of historic districts,this research emphasizes that beyond physical and spiritual spaces,the protection of historic districts should focus more on the experiential role of users.This approach not only deepens the understanding of protecting and inheriting the spatial characteristics and historical context of Jianchuan Ancient City but also provides a case study reference for the conservation and renewal of historic districts.
