光化学水处理在上房沟高滑石钼矿浮选工艺中的应用

摘  要:某选厂处理含滑石的钼矿采用预先浮选脱除滑石的浮选工艺。选厂生产用水大部分为尾矿浓密机溢流水。溢流水中残留的选钼药剂乙硫氮会对脱除滑石过程产生不利影响,导致脱泥过程钼损失率增加。随着光化学水处理技术的持续进步,本研究旨在评估光化学催化氧化技术对回水中乙硫氮的降解效果,以期降低脱泥钼损失率。研究结果显示,通过紫外线照射20 min并配合使用165 g/m3的H2O2,脱泥钼损失率可降低至8.42%;采用薄层旋流低压反应器不仅能够减少脱泥损失率,而且能显著降低能耗。本研究的成果为处理含有乙硫氮的选矿回水提供了技术参考。The ore processing plant for molybdenum containing talc uses a pre-floatation process to remove the talc.The majority of the plant's water comes from the thickener overflow of tailings.The residual molybdenum reagent sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in the overflow water adversely affects the talc removal process,leading to an increase in molybdenum loss during the desliming process.With the continuous advancement of photocatalytical water treatment technology,this study aims to evaluate the degradation effect of photocatalytical catalytic oxidation technology on sodium diethyldithiocarbamate in the recycled water,in order to reduce the molybdenum loss during desliming.The research results show that by using UV irradiation for 20 minutes in combination with 165 g/m 3 of H 2 O 2,the molybdenum loss during desliming can be reduced to 8.42%.Additionally,using a thin-layer cyclone low-pressure reactor not only reduces desliming losses but also significantly lowers energy consumption.The findings of this study provide technical reference for treating ore beneficiation wastewater containing sodium diethyldithiocarbamate.
