摘  要:以陕西商洛某粘土型石煤钒矿为原料,采用直接酸浸工艺进行了提钒试验研究,试验结果表明,该粘土型石煤以V3+形式存在,主要赋存于铝硅酸盐中,采用直接酸浸提钒工艺,可将该石煤中的钒转浸出来;同时,在一定助浸剂用量条件下,磨矿细度、硫酸用量、浸出时间和浸出温度是影响该石煤提钒的主要因素;在磨矿细度为-0.074mm(55%),硫酸用量26%(质量分数),浸出时间12 h,浸出温度90℃,助浸剂用量4%(质量分数),液固比1.5∶1的酸浸条件下,钒的浸出率可达89.80%。In this experiment,vanadium extraction test was carried out by direct acid leaching process with a clay-type stone coal vanadium ore in Shangluo,Shaanxi province as raw material.The test results show that the clay-type stone coal exists in the form of V 3+,which mainly occurs in aluminosilicate.The vanadium in the stone coal can be transferred by direct acid leaching process;At the same time,the fineness of grinding,the amount of sulfuric acid,the leaching time and the leaching temperature are the main factors affecting the vanadium extraction from the stone coal under the condition of a certain amount of leaching agent.Under the conditions of grinding fineness of-0.0750 mm(55%),sulfuric acid dosage of 26%(mass fraction),leaching time of 12 h,leaching temperature of 90℃,leaching aid dosage of 4%(mass fraction)and liquid-solid ratio of 1.5∶1,the leaching rate of vanadium can reach 89.80%.
