摘 要:合适的细化剂是制备高性能铝合金的关键材料之一。本研究采用钒氮(VN)、钒碳(VC)及两者之间的复合为5083铝合金用细化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、金相显微分析研究细化剂种类及复合比例对5083铝合金组织及性能的影响。研究结果表明:氮化钒单独加入时晶粒得到细化,晶粒尺寸约为45μm,较未添加时的晶粒尺寸细化了约55%,VN的最佳添加量为1.2%。当碳化钒与氮化钒复合添加时的细化效果较好,当两者复合比例为1∶1时,细化效果达到最佳,所制备样品的晶粒尺寸为35μm,较未添加时样品的晶粒细化了65%。Suitable refining agents are one of the key materials for preparing high-performance aluminum alloys.This study used vanadium nitrogen(VN),vanadium carbon(VC),and their combination as refining agents for 5083 aluminum alloy.The effects of refining agent types and composite ratios on the microstructure and properties of 5083 aluminum alloy were studied through X-ray diffraction(XRD)and metallographic analysis.The research results show that when vanadium nitride is added alone,the grain size is refined,with a grain size of about 45μm,which is about 55%finer than that when it is not added.The optimal amount of VN added is 1.2%.When vanadium carbide and vanadium nitride are added together,the refining effect is better.When the composite ratio of the two is 1∶1,the refining effect is the best.The grain size of the prepared sample is 35μm,which is 65%finer than that of the sample without addition.
