基于混合粒子群算法的新能源微电网运营成本优化方法研究

摘  要:为了改变传统能源结构、提高能源利用率,文章提出了一种改进的混合PSO算法。在借鉴GA算法的基础上将传统粒子比拟为可自行设定杂交概率的粒子,并加入收敛因子提升算法性能。通过对混合粒子群算法进行应用性能分析,发现该算法对微电网进行配置优化的失负荷率为0.05%,弃电率为1.19%,新能源渗透率为88.27%,大幅提高了微电网的经济性和供电可靠性。该方法在新能源微电网运营成本的优化应用上有重要实用意义。In order to change the traditional energy structure and improve the energy utilization,this paper proposes an improved hybrid PSO algorithm.On the basis of GA algorithm,the traditional particles are compared to particles that can set the hybridization probability,and convergence factors are added to improve the performance of the algorithm.According to the application performance analysis of the mixed particle swarm algorithm,it is found that the load loss rate of the algorithm is 0.05%,the power discard rate is 1.19%,and the penetration rate of new energy is 88.27%,which greatly improves the economy and power supply reliability of the microgrid.This method has important practical significance in the optimization application of operation cost of new energy microgrid.
