摘  要:5G+工业互联网应用较为普遍,根据网络运行报告,传输链路最易出现故障,当前使用的传输冷备份技术仍具备较大技术风险,主要体现在传输主链路、备链路同一时刻仅有一条链路工作出问题倒换时间较长对工厂损失较大;软硬件适配性较差后期维护较为困难。为解决此类问题可以采取双激活链路提升可靠性的实践方案,该方案两套独立运行系统可以极大减少链路工作出问题倒换时间,因为主用备用主控板/传输板IP配置独立对于适配性要求不高,能够更好适用于5G+工业互联网。5G+industrial Internet is widely used.According to the network operation report,the fault of the transmission link usually occurs.There is still a large technical risk in the current transmission cold backup technology,which is mainly reflected in the fact that when the transmission main link and the backup link have only one link to work at the same time,the long switching time will cause great losses to the factory;Poor adaptability of software and hardware makes maintenance more difficult in the later stage.In order to solve such problems,we can adopt the practical scheme of double activation links to improve reliability.In this scheme,two sets of independent operating systems can greatly reduce the switching time.Because the independent IP configuration of the active and standby main control boards/transmission boards does not require high adaptability,they can be better applied to the 5G+industrial Internet.
