摘  要:研究目的:探寻防治运动性肌肉损伤的最佳治疗方法,以满足广大体育爱好者的需求。研究方法:检索中文数据库中国知网和维普中的研究文献,检索时间范围覆盖自建库至2023年12月。检索关键词包括:运动性肌肉损伤、运动性肌肉微损伤、延迟性肌肉酸痛、中医药、康复、离心运动。经过严格筛选,最终纳入20篇相关文献进行综合分析。研究结果:中药内服、针刺疗法、推拿手法等传统中医手段在防治运动性肌肉损伤方面展现出一定的疗效。其中,中药外治法在改善肌肉微损伤状态及缓解疼痛方面尤为突出。研究结论:深入探索和应用中药外治法来防治运动性肌肉损伤,具有重要的现实意义和广阔的发展前景。Objective:To explore the best treatment therapy for preventing and treating exercise-induced muscle damage(EIMD),in order to meet the needs of a wide range of sports enthusiasts.Methods:Retrieve the literature of the Chinese database CNKI and VIP covering the period from the establishment of the database to December 2023.The search keywords include:exercise-induced muscle damage,exercise-induced muscle micro-damage,delayed onset muscle soreness,traditional Chinese medicine(TMC),rehabilitation,eccentric exercise.After strict screening,a total of 20 relevant literature were finally included for comprehensive analysis.Results:Various traditional Chinese medicine methods such as oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture therapy,and massage techniques have shown certain therapeutic effects on preventing and treating exercise-induced muscle damage.Among them,external treatment therapy of traditional Chinese medicine are particularly outstanding in improving muscle micro injury status and relieving pain.Conclusions:Exploring and applying traditional Chinese medicine external treatment therapy to prevent and treat exercise-induced muscle damage has important practical significance and broad development prospects.
